This operation enables you to upload an XML settings file to be used to resolve dependencies for an application.
NOTE: Since this endpoint deals with a file upload, the Content-Type MUST be 'multipart/form-data', which cannot be accurately represented here. Currently, an application's settings file can be uploaded from within Sentinel.
